Refunds for Treatments:
Refunds are generally not provided once aesthetic treatments, such as injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), have been performed. The results of these treatments may vary, and dissatisfaction with the outcome does not usually constitute grounds for a refund.
Refunds for Products:
Refunds for skincare products may be available under specific conditions. Products must be unopened, unused, and returned within a set period (e.g., 10 days). Once opened or used, products are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds for Courses of Treatments:
If you have purchased a course of treatments but have not completed it, we may offer a partial refund for the remaining sessions, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to the clinic’s discretion.
Adverse Reactions:
In the event of an adverse reaction to a treatment, a refund may be offered, provided medical proof of the reaction is supplied.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 to 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
